Sales Auditor

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Analyzing Royal Jordanian sales statistics to assist in policy formulation and providing assistance to General Sales Agents and outstations on promoting sales.
  • Suggesting service simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the activities and services of the competition and reporting exceptional cases to the direct manager.
  • Conducting comparative analysis audits cross-referencing current sales figures with previously conducted sales audits and sales forecasts and suggesting methods for improvement.
  • Preparing periodic composite sales reports from individual ones showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Human Resources - Recruitment Officer

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Interviewing all employees, asking general not technical information including personality and general knowledge.
  • Conduct initial interviews (Screening) before the test to decide if he/she can apply the test.
  • Selecting and sending the list of candidates that will take the test to the subordinates and decide which tests are to be given. (Personality test, English level 1-2-3, IQ, Math, Customers Attitude).
  • Coordinate with the concerned departments regarding the requirements for the requested position to prepare the internal and external advertisements specifications.
  • Preparing internal ( on RJ email) and external( on the newspaper) advertisements, meeting with the concerned departments to ask for the job descriptions and discussing all related issues about the salary and the descriptions of the advertisement.
  • Sending the advertisements to the commercial department and it is documented for the manager to approve on it.
  • Receiving applications that are sent to the HR department from the CEO president office including the request of employment or reemployment, human cases…etc then contact the concerned person and check about his situation then contact the concerned departments and give response to CEO, take action if possible.
  • Responsible for cabin attendant recruitment campaign regarding contacting universities, colleges and language centers in Jordan to distribute brochures and posters for cabin attendant and conduct seminars to tell the students about the benefit of this job.

Dispatcher (O.C.C.)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Keep in contact with OCC duty Manager for any urgent matters related to flight Operations Dispatch & Flights Release.
  • Communicates with Crew Scheduling Manager in regard to operating Crew, rotation, or possible crew change and sends a fax to Rostering Section stating all changes on the roster.
  • Continuously monitors all e-mail and communications through VHF / ACARS and follow up & action all changes and requests.
  • Shift Leader is exempted from dispatching flights during his shift, unless there is a need for that due shortage of manpower or a need to assist dispatchers at peak periods.
  • Continual monitoring for all inbound traffic WX requests by operating crew through the Fleet Watch & ACARS, and keep the crew updated on any relevant deteriorating weather conditions at Destination & Alternates and other information.
  • Supervise the flight planning requests for any inbound flights to/ from AMMAN or any station.
  • Analyze the WX condition for the next day & keep Head of OCC & OCC Duty Manager advised.

Call Centre Officer

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Participate in a training on reservations/ticketing procedures.
  • Respond efficiently and effectively to sales enquiries for all RJ services worldwide, Jordan travel agents and direct customers to achieve set sales and revenue targets, ensuring that the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Ensure accurate and prompt completion of all sales related administration.
  • Follow up on customers’ complaints with concerned departments and stations and reply to customers’ inquiries efficiently to ensure high level of customer service.
  • Carry out simple analysis and prepare briefings on airline marketing data.
  • Perform tasks together with other team members on specific needs.
  • Keeps self updated on developments in marketing and sales and develops own professional expertise through optimizing on-the-job and formal training opportunities.

Airport Services Officer

Duties and responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer services and assist passengers in their needs, passenger identification, health, visa and passport checks, reserving seat space for passengers on Royal Jordanian Flights, rendering of special services to elderly, unaccompanied children, VIP’s, CIP’s, … etc. and services of baggage handling.
