Passengers traveling to North America ( New York, Chicago, Detroit and Canada ) are requested to check-in three hours prior to departure.
All passengers should be at the gate in the transit area one hour prior to departure.

- 60 minutes before departure time for USA and CANADA flights
- 45 minutes before departure time for all other destinations except AQABA
- 20 minutes before departure time for AQABA flights
Boarding Gate closure
- 15 minutes before departure time for USA and CANADA flights
- 10 minutes before departure time for all other destinations except AQABA
- 05 minutes before departure time for AQABA flights
