Main screen short subject programs are shown after the feature films in accordance with their designated sectors and aircraft types, as reflected in the Entertainment Guide or as shown by our cabin crews.
Just For laughs / Farfasha
This is a silent comedy feature introduced on short flights, such as Beirut / Cairo / Damascus and Larnaka, where no headset facilities are available to passengers. The main aim of this program is to raise the entertainment standards on these flights.
BBC and Discovery
RJ offers a vivid array of short to medium length features from BBC and Discovery shedding light on the most spectacular aspects of human life and earth.
Dandanah
Royal Jordanian has designed a custom made two hour video magazine with an outstanding collection of entertaining features to include Arabic video clips, fashion shows, candid camera and all other fun bits and pieces on offer. Dandanah is broadcast on long haul flights in all cabins.
CNN Program
Royal Jordanian shows two versions (long & short) of the CNN program. The shows are especially tailored for Royal Jordanian and feature five top brand programs with global focus, including Screening Room and others to Inside the Middle East, Art of Life and Revealed .
Air Show
The Air Show is a cabin video information system that gives flight-related information such as outside air temperature, ground speed, time to destination, etc. This service is offered on all Airbus aircraft.
