First Time Traveler - Do's and Don'ts
  • DO bring your passport
  • DO keep your ticket and passport with you at all times
  • DO keep your medicine and prescription on you at all times (for people undergoing treatments).
  • DO make sure your baggage doesn't exceed the limits
  • DO arrive on time for check-in, boarding, and take-off
  • DO make sure you have a valid visa for your destination
  • DO check the validity of your passport

  • DON'T forget or lose your ticket or passport
  • DON'T arrive late for boarding
  • DON'T exceed the baggage allowance limit
  • DON'T place prohibited items in your baggage
  • DON'T let other people to pack your baggage
  • DON'T forget to turn your mobile phone(s) off during take-off, taxi, and landing
  • DON'T forget you are not allowed to smoke on board any RJ flights, or inside most airports
  • DON'T forget to fasten your seatbelt before takeoff
