Retrieving Lost Luggage

Your bags always travel with you on Royal Jordanian flights. In the rare instance your luggage is delayed in arriving to your destination, we will use our network of ground handling service teams at airports around the world to quickly locate your bags and have them delivered to you.

If your luggage has been lost, rest assured that we will do our utmost in locating it and assisting you through any inconveniences caused by the situation. You may use our luggage tracking application to review your file and check on the status of your lost luggage by clicking here.

Royal Jordanians' liability to pay compensation is limited and is calculated on the weight of the baggage lost. The extent of the liability is equivalent to USD $20 per kilogram.
