In a previous report, RJ had scored highly in punctuality, coming ahead of many international airlines. It ranked 10th in December 2017 amid the global airlines named in the report.

It also ranked second in terms of punctuality among Middle East and African airlines in 2017, according to OAG's 2018 Punctuality League study released earlier this year.

RJ President/CEO Stefan Pichler commented: “This is another achievement that adds to the compelling services and promotions that we are offering in the Jordanian and global markets!

“Tracking our on-time performance helps us improve our operations, as we always aim for providing the best travel experience to our passengers with minimal delays, this was achieved due to the collaborative work done by our operations team”.
