Due to the current situation in Aleppo, Passengers are permitted to take the following actions for any ticket impacted by RJ flight cancellation that includes Aleppo sector as follows:

Passengers are entitled for free of charge changes without any fare difference, change reservation fees, or no-show fees on the same route. Rebooking is valid on/before 15th March 2026.

Passengers are entitled for free reroute via Beirut, Damascus Flights & Damascus Bus. sector to be changed not less than 24Hrs prior bus departure.

Passengers can request to remove Aleppo sector from their tickets without collecting fees or additional governmental taxes, with no compensation to be offered for Aleppo unused sector.

Passengers can request a non-refundable travel voucher valid for one year.

* Passengers who wish to voluntarily change their tickets that include Aleppo sector and traveling on/before 31st January 2026:

Penalty will be waived, any fare difference or additional taxes to be collected.
