Royal Jordanian's ground handling services are designed to get you and your luggage safely to your destination. Our team is dedicated to caring for your personal items, and takes great care to ensure it is returned to you in the same condition you give it to us. If there is damage to any of your luggage when traveling with us, we will do all we can to quickly and efficiently compensate you for this.

If your checked baggage does not arrive on your flight, please file a report with our Baggage Services Counter located at the Arrival Hall, prior to customs clearance. We will make every effort to return it to you as soon as possible and deliver it to an address of your choice free of charge within 24 hours of its arrival at their final destination.
Destruction, Loss, or Damage to Baggage
We will handle all baggage claims in accordance with law applicable to the passengers travel, and in cases where Montreal Convention applies our liability in case of destruction, loss, damage or delay to baggage is limited to 1,131 SDRs special drawing rights.
Retrieving Lost Luggage
Your bags always travel with you on Royal Jordanian flights. In the rare instance your luggage is delayed in arriving to your destination, we will use our network of ground handling service teams at airports around the world to quickly locate your bags and have them delivered to you.
