Group Travel
Your group can enjoy all that Royal Jordanian offers for less. We give discounts to groups traveling in either Crown Class or Economy, without limiting access to any of our services or traveler provisions. To ensure the itinerary your group requires is available, these group fares can be booked up to 11 months in advance *.
*The final list of group member names can be provided closer to date of departure. Please contact us to find out when your list of group member names must be finalized, as this is dependent on your country of origin.
Access to RJ's Special Services
For groups traveling via Amman, Royal Jordanian provides the following services:
- Crown Lounge Access – groups flying Crown Class are automatically eligible to take advantage of our Crown Lounge at QAIA. Groups traveling Economy class can purchase all access vouchers for travel party members (30 JOD per adult; 20 JOD for children under 12).
- Advanced Check-in – for groups traveling out of Amman, our City Terminal offers Advance Check-in between 8 and 24 hours before your departure. This includes getting your boarding passes and baggage drop-off, meaning your processing time at the airport is made quicker and easier.
- Transport to QAIA – also available for groups traveling from Amman, we provide transport to Queen Alia International Airport for a fee of only 4 JOD per passenger, and 2 JOD per piece of baggage.
- Hotel Accommodation – For groups transiting through Amman via connecting flights on different days, connection time more than 8 hours, Hotel accommodation can be provided for a special rate in Airport Hotel.
