To help our passengers during the current situation and reduce unnecessary delays, please review the guidance below;

 

 

1. Refund Processing

 

Eligibility:

Applicable when flights are canceled, subject to ticket rules and Point of Commencement (POC) country law, where applicable.

 

Refund Request Channels:

  • Travel Agent Booking → Please contact your travel agent directly.
  • RJ Sales Office Booking → Please contact any RJ Sales Office.
  • RJ Website / Mobile App Booking → Please submit your refund request through the following link: https://www.rj.com/en/contact-us/e-mail-us
  • RJ Call Center Booking → Please send an email to RJCC.Sales@RJ.COM

 

Required Details:

  • Booking reference
  • Ticket number
  • Passenger name
  • Contact details

 

Processing Time:

  • Refund processing may take approximately 14–21 days
  • In some cases, it may extend up to 30 days depending on the volume and banking process

 

 

2. Cancelled Flights

 

Passengers affected by flight cancellations for travel on or after 28 February, 2026 may be eligible for one of the below options:

  • Passengers are entitled for free of charge change without collecting difference in fare for travel valid on/before 20th May, 2026.
  • Passengers are entitled for free of charge change with collecting difference in fare for travel valid on/before 15th December, 2026.
  • Passengers are entitled for free of charge reroute within the same IATA zone for travel valid on/before 20th May, 2026.
  • Passengers transiting via Amman are entitled for involuntary rerouting with other carriers upon availability (first coupon must be with RJ).
  • Passengers affected by a flight cancellation are eligible to request a refund for the unused portion of their ticket, or a non-refundable voucher valid for 1 year.

 

Special Cases:

  • Passengers traveling to Syria or Iraq who were booked or previously re-protected onto the bus service may now be rebooked on a flight, the rebooking free of charge and valid on/before 20th May, 2026.
  • Passengers traveling to Iraq, Syria, or Lebanon can request to remove those segments without additional fees and government taxes , this is applicable on tickets issued on/before 01st March, 2026. Otherwise, difference in fare and government taxes to be collected.

3. Rebooking Options

 

If you choose not to travel:

Passengers scheduled to travel between 28th February, 2026 and 15th May, 2026, who are not affected by a flight cancellation but choose not to travel, will be eligible for the following options:

  • One free date change, with any applicable fare difference to be collected, for travel completed on or before 15th December, 2026.
  • Refund requests will be processed in accordance with the applicable ticket rules.
  • Passengers are entitled for a non-refundable voucher valid for 1 year.

 

Additional Notes:

  1. Avoid sending multiple or repeated requests.
  2. Ensure all required booking details are included.
  3. Use self-service options whenever possible.
  4. Keep checking your contact details channel (Email, phone) and within 24 hour flight status.
  5. If your ticket was issued through a travel agent, please contact them directly.
